After its successful debut in 2008 as a unique sculpture art fair, Sculpt Miami is looking forward to welcoming art lovers, collectors and dealers in 2010 to the Wynwood Art District of Miami.
Sculpt Miami positions itself among important international art fairs making their presence in Miami during the celebrated Art Basel Season. The fair showcases outstanding large scale indoor and outdoor sculptures by prominent modern artists from around the world. It focuses on the newest aesthetic tendencies in contemporary sculpture highlighting innovative techniques and the use of original materials. Sculpt Miami is the only art space completely dedicated to showcasing contemporary sculpture, making it a vital source for art lovers who wish to discover new developments in modern sculpturing.
The fair will be held from November 30 through December 5 th and will be centrally located in the heart of the popular Wynwood Art District on 46 55 NW 36th Street, within walking distance of the Design District and Midtown, which hosts important satellite art fairs including: Art Miami, Scope, Red Dot, Photo Miami and NADA. The Wynwood Art District is a pass-through for art collectors attending these numerous art venues, as well as, events organized by the City of Miami during Art Basel.

2. What size sculpture? Small format, medium format or monumental?
All format sculptures are welcome, mainly outdoor medium/large size.
3. The show space will be outside or inside?
Outside & inside
4. How many pieces for each artist?
Depends on size, from 1 to 5
5. Which percent will be the Sculpt-Miami commission? Is there any fee for participation?
Sculpt Miami is asking for $ 2,000.00 fee to cover catalogue and advertizing campaign expenses and charge up to 40% commission from sales .Sculpt Miami offers to artist to stay in a sculpture garden not only for one week but up to 1 year and sculptures will be continuously promoted for sale by KAVACHNINA CONTEMPORARY Gallery that organizes and hosts Sculpt Miami.
6. Is the outdoor space covered, if so by what; and is there a lock on the space?
The outdoor space is uncovered and there is a fence with a gate that is locked during night time.
Artworks will be covered by Gallerys insurance policy during the time they stay in its location.
7. What size is the space?
The space is around 20 000 sq. feet between two locations.
8. Will the items be transported inside a building at night?
It will be not necessary the gate is locked out of business hours.
9. Delivery of artworks.
Packing, insurance and transportation of Works shall be Artists responsibility and at its cost
